Sandblasting and Surface Preparation
Our team of experts will carefully prepare your surfaces using industrial sandblasting processes. Whether you need paint or rust removal, or you simply want to create a smooth and pristine surface, our sandblasting service is the perfect solution. Trust us to get the job done right the first time.
Our customers love that our large forklifts can easily unload large, heavy, and bulky materials. They also love our large storage yard which allows them to pick up finished goods at their leisure.
Welding & Fabrication
With many powerful diesel driven welding machines, we can handle big jobs efficiently and cost effectively with both stick and wire.
Some of the other tools we use include a 16” throat bandsaw with digital automated backstop, 120 ton iron worker, magnetic drills, track torches, and two 30,000 lb capacity forklifts.
Our customers appreciate that our welders are certified to AWS D1.1 and/or D1.5 standards.
Protective Coatings
Our skilled painters will transform your surfaces with a fresh protective coating. Whether you need a simple touch-up or a complete overhaul, we have the expertise to make your surfaces look brand new. Choose from a wide range of colors and industrial finishes to perfectly complement your project.
We prefer to use Sherwin Williams Macropoxy two component industrial epoxy primer with Sherwin Williams SherCryl acrylic top coat for a beautiful but yet very tough protective coating.
